The concept behind the sleek but welcoming space is to “not pack in the place with stylists or clients,” says Marc Anthony, President and CEO. Instead he “would rather service less clients more slowly but leave them with a wow experience.” Each talented stylist is hand picked and thoroughly educated to ensure the best experience for the client.
Personalized attention leaves each client feeling pampered. Every visit includes a relaxing Shiatsu scalp massage, an invigorating aromatherapy hand massage, a moisturizing hair treatment, a makeup touch up and two complementary Marc Anthony True Professional products that keep your hair looking great between visits. During your visit the salon’s own barista is on hand to whip up yummy gourmet drinks.
The design gives the space a semi-private feel as it’s divided into pods of two or three stylists in each area. This offers privacy and comradery. The flat screen TVs that grace the walls in the two lounges show Anthony’s appearances - everything from working on celebrity clients to commentaries. Laptops are available for use while guests wait in the lounges.
Anthony makes appearances in the salon but spends most of his time developing his proudly Canadian business. “We want them [clients] to feel like they want to be here for two hours,” says Anthony and after you experience this salon you will.
